Thank you for shopping with Stephen Allen Music. This Shipping Policy is designed to meet Shopify Trust Badge standards and Google Merchant Center requirements, clearly explaining how digital and physical products are delivered.
Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
We sell digital products including, but not limited to, digital music files, sample packs, templates, and other downloadable content.

Delivery Method: Electronic delivery only (no physical shipment)

Delivery Time: Immediate access after successful payment confirmation

Access: Download links are provided on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address used at checkout
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in accordance with Shopify and Google Merchant policies.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Merchandise)
All physical merchandise is produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, and shipped directly to the customer.
Order Processing Time

Processing time: 2–5 business days (production and fulfillment)

Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times begin after fulfillment and vary by destination:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and shipping method

Prices are displayed before payment is completed, in compliance with Google Merchant transparency requirements

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders
Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once your physical order ships

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned or lost

Reshipping costs may apply if an order must be resent due to address errors
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If your physical order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
We will coordinate with Printful to review and resolve eligible claims in accordance with their fulfillment policies.
