Artist Acknowledgment:

  • Producer released the instrumental prior to Artist's use
  • Artist may only claim publishing on newly added lyrics or melodies
  • Artist shall not register 100% of the composition

Required Registration:

Artist agrees to properly register the composition with:

  • BMI (or your performing rights organization)
  • The Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC)

⚠️ Important: Failure to properly register constitutes material breach of license.
